From tashia

I have some questions about VISA. I've already sent to e-mails to some other places, but I still haven't
gotten an answer. My question is that my daughter and I got a turist VISA for sixmonths( b2) from europe, and my son
has a student visa for four years. He's currently studying in University.
Me and my daughter came to the US together. But my daughter, recently started at a public high school.
But I would like to know, how and if it could be possible to get a new visa or some other kind of visa( what a bout my daughter)

as long as you dont have any criminal records, there is no reason for you not to be given a student visa since you are willing to go to school.
