My boyfriend and I had been trying to get pregnant for a few months and I finally got pregnant.  We were both so excited about the good news, but then I had a miscarriage. Since then he has been very distant from me and it’s been almost a month that I haven’t seen him. I just can’t understand why he was not there for me when I needed him during the miscarriage. My question is do guys also get affected by this type of news ?

Guys are absolutly affected by this type of news, just in a different way then a woman. Sometimes guys can feel like it's there fault, or feel that they are not man enough to handle this type of situation. Often they feel scared, but don't know how to express their emotions. They want to be there for you but they have also lost something very important to them and don't know how to deal with of situations.

When girls get pregnant and they get to tell their boyfriends about the news, they get crazy. I have a friend that when she told her boyfriend he didn't said a word, nobody knows if he was shock because of the news or that he didn't wanted her to get pregnant? But, they are all like that so girls don't worry about it, they are happy that you are pregnant. Okay!!
