One thing is it may be sick.I have some kittens if thay don't feel good thay just lay there. Or if it's not geting the right vidamens and stuff. Is there mom feeding them? I would say call a vet and ask God Bless you.

One more question... My two cats are brothers, 2 years old both neutered... got them neutered at 6 months.  One cat is fat and the other skinny, one orange and white, the other black.  My fat cat it looks like he tries to hump his brother, and the black one just lays there meowing, but I heard because they are brothers its a 'dominance' thing... is that right?  Or is my cat gay, as we've been thinking?

Make sure they are not allowed near houseplants like aloe, pencil, or other succulent plants. These are poisonous to kittens.clean up food and water dishes to avoid tummy troubles. feed them kitten chow not cat food. go to the vet and see about deworming pills. It is also a good idea to make sure they have their shots. Lastly at 3 weeks old they still need mama(she also needs kitten chow to enrich her milk.)
