If my opponet makes his creature to were all of my creatures...

If my opponet makes his creature to were all of my creatures have to block at the same time and i use a cards abillity and discard a card and it is glory and i tap the right mana are my creatures still alive

First off, you can't just randomly throw something away from your hand without reason, so if you can't force yourself to discard Glory or your opponent doesn't do it for you, it's kind of a bad situation. But let's say Glory is already in your graveyard. If you give your creatures protection from whatever is attacking you (if your opponent has the same color creatures forcing you to block) then yes, all of your creatures are still alive due to the fact that once a creature has protection from something, all damage dealt to it is reduced to 0.
