I have a 10 mth old rotti, and it seems he isn't quite performing to what i thought.  I have given training and walk him everyday.  I have only just started to run him.  Problems I Need to find out:  Why doesn't his back legs work when he sprints, why does he only sprint for 20 metres then trots and last but not least, he is the biggest girl there is when it comes to other dogs.  I have socialised him from an early age and he doesn't get a beating. PLEASE HELP!

I have a 3 yr. old male that was the biggest baby when he was a pup. He hid behind me from strangers when I walked him and he even shied away from our cats.  With a lot of socialization and love he is the most friendly pet with family and company, both new visitors and old friends.  Give him some quality time with the family and friends.  As for the back legs not working check with your vet.  He should have a nice stride on all four legs when he runs.

Running a 10 month old puppy is not good for the joints.  The pup may be displaying some discomfort from the sprints.

You should NOT run a dog or road work them before 18 months old.

Can't help you on him being a "girl"

Have you neutered the dog if so hes a transsexal, so yes its a girl now, and her back legs gave up cause of all the male dogs giving it to "her"
