If your talkin old school lacing where the only
visible laces are all horizontal and parallel, start at the outside of the bottom and put an end in each side, into the boot.  then take one side and put it straight up to the third hole and out over to the other third hole.  the other side goes straight up from the bottom to hole two then across to the other hole two, then under all the way to hole four. repeat as desired.

You can see how to do it at <a href="http://www.lowpriceskates.com">Quad Skates</a>.
The <a href="http://www.lowpriceskates.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=20">Carrera Blue Bomb Roller Skates</a> are an example.

Basically, you have to skip a hole each time.

To lace it like that is called "bar" lacing. You take it like a straight line in and out.DONT lace it up normally.I know what your talking about but unfortunately Im not sure how to explain

Lacing quad skates straight across is done by putting the lace in the bottom part like normal, then lacing in the first hole, then skipping a hole. That's the key.
Just keep going, skipping a hole each time.
You can see lots of examples at <a href="http://www.lowpriceskates.com">Quad Skates</a>. The <a href="http://www.lowpriceskates.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=20">Carrera Blue Bomb</a> is laced that way.
I hope this helps. =)
