CASE means COMPUTER AIDED SOFTWARE ENGINEERING TOOLS

THESE TOOLS ARE HELPFUL IN DEVELOPING A NE PROJECT BY PROVIDING A FRAMEWORK FOR DESIGNING AND DOCUMENTATION
