My feamale chihuahua is pregnant and I heard that you cannot bath them durning this time,is that true?

I don't know where you heard that, but it's rubbish as far as I know. As long as you're careful to make sure she's dry before letting her run around outside and are gentle cleaning her tummy and personal area, there's no reason you can't give her a nice warm bath. I'd make sure the water doesn't come up over her hocks, but then I've never met a chihuahua who likes water that much, they're much more likely to accept a shower. A nice bath can also give you a chance to do a thorough massage and just make sure she's as comfortable as possible, good bonding ritual too.
