I have a 1999 Dodge Avenger and I have taken my car to 3 different places that say there is nothing wrong with my car! The problem I am having is my car idles high when I start the car and will not come down until I turn the key back and fourth 2 or 3 times and then it will idle down to normal.  And also, it will idle high sparatically when driving or stopped.  At times it is a good thing I have my foot on the brake because the car will idle high (2 or greater), which jerks the car.  Assuming it thinks I have gased it.  Would someone please tell me what is wrong with my car!!!Thanks
