My dog will only urinate/defecate in a specific field (where houses are being built). How can we get her to go somewhere else?

Keep her on leash some where or in an
ex-pen, and wait. She will go eventually, and when she does praise, praise, praise. Give her lots of treats and play ball with her. Make her love going in a different spot.
