My dog had a dalmatian mum and a black lab dad. He had a long and healthy life and died aged 16 and a half.He was lovely.

i had 1 he lived to be 17 and 1/2. he was the most loving dog out there.

I would say about 12 years, and this is a great question, because I have a lab/dalmatian cross also.

I had Molly and her kids for half my life,Molly 19.7 years old and her kids Duncan 2001 8 cancer. and Sarah the last . she was like her mother but died of a broken heart this year after 7 months of being alone without her MOM. Hank

The average lifespan of a dog in general is twelve years, but most dogs I know, including my own, seem to live to sixteen and older. And yes, Sam, dog's ARE lovely.

Well, i had a Black Lab/German Shephard mix that just died the other day :( but she lived to be 11 years old.

I think black labs will live for about 12 years or more.(i own one tha is 8 years old.)
