Actually, it's NOT vaginal discharge. It's female ejaculation, which is VERY different than discharge. Discharge can either be a normal part of a woman's monthly cycle or become thicker and indicate a problem (such as an infection). Female ejaculation is made up from the same stuff that lubricates the vagina when a woman is aroused, there is simply more of it and it is more concentrated.

Nope, it actually means anal sex...

see, the milkshake its actually the female (or kelis, for that matter) moving her ass (or shaking it) faster than usual, in order to make her guy cum (or drop his milk)...

I'm not quite sure what the meaning of Milkshake is, but this site has a good interpretation.

It has something to do with either business or sex or something.

Basically, She's talking about tossing a guy off, Hence the Milk and the Shake. Milk being the cum and Shake being the hand-job. Basic enough for you?

There has been much debate as to what the song's seemingly nonsensical lyrics actually mean - specifically, what is Kelis's "milkshake" and what is the "yard" that it "brings all the boys" to.

The answer is that "milkshake" refers to her hip movement as she demonstrates in the music video. As for bringing "the boys to the yard", the "yard" is simply a reference to the dance floor. Some others believe that "milkshake" refers to sex (or sex organs), or, according to some interpretations, breasts, and that "yard" is the bedroom. The term "milkshake" could also be interpretted as being her cum.
