No proven DIRECT PHYSICAL harm. But it is a long term "disease". I conclude that ejaculation by itself is healthy and useful when it has an emotional bond behind it (i.e. Wife or perhaps, to put it in the modern and FALSE view of relationships, girlfriend). But masturbation is the destruction of the future character, and PREMATURE ejaculation...
