I've hacked google just go on google change to HTML on right click edit type 1644587447DSL/258MB And Press f5 or RELOAD and now you can delete files add files basicly anything

it depends... do u have software? if you do then it should be pretty self explainatory. their are many different types of hardware and software that have different qualifacations for creation if u dont have software then u need to be pretty smart.try to surf the internet for the first programming language, python. download a decoder. now u have the first step but there is a lot more. next you need to know how to program. that might take a while... (month)(if ur smart) now open up a word pad or note pad on ur comp and program in malicious ms-dos code.
