5 year old Lhasa Apso just had a Fibromalous epulis tumor...

5 year old Lhasa Apso just had a Fibromalous epulis tumor removed from her mouth and its growing back. I do have the option of removing it again or removing some of the jaw bone and surrounding teeth. The only problem is this will disfigure her face. Antone have any other answers out there?
