We are using SNMP Research -Master Agent and Java subagents.

If I run two instances of the same subagent...say tmon which returns
temperature readings.  Is there a way to return back two readings for
the same OID?
Would each subagent have to be aware of the other so they can index themselves correctly?

It seems the master agent will just listen to the subagent that's started most recent.  And I heard back from SNMPR that's how their implementation is.

Is there a SNMP standard or pseudo-standard -on where master agent refers specific sub-agent by means of OID value. (index).
