Hi..I am assuming you don't have a star note which has a star in the beginning of the serial number and with only one fold.First folds sometimes are hard to see.You really need to hold the note at an angle moving it in front of a good light source to see them.Lets say you do only have one fold with no tears, holes or stains then a dealer value of $24 would be correct.Again this value is one fold only and no additional problems.

I would like to ask whether there exist a 1934 1,000 silver certificate. these bills were handed down to me by my late grandparents which they told me they have excavated during the World War 2 in the Philippines. How do I check whether they are true or not. I would appreciate any comments  you would have on this regard. How much is the value of this now? My email is yoiapa@yahoo.com. thanks
