The unix is a operatinng system it is the set of files.

MAN comands are the utility commands(interfaces) to the Operating system, using which you can tell the OS to do a specified task. in UNIX it is possiable that you can also write your own utility commnds are work with em.

now the c/c++ source code is the code in which the utility commands are implemented.most of the unix utilities are written in "C".
