I have an 8 year old nephew who was born with eczema, and has the top skin specialist in WA at PMH hospital.  We have tried everything from prescribed medicines to over the counter, natural, herbal and everything well it is that severe as he has 1 of the worst types you can get.

We are at our wits end with it as we cannot find a cure if someone has had or known of this severe caes please please give me a great soloution thankyou.
