How do meditate and prayer go together?  When you meditate, you focus on inner-self.  When you pray, you talk to God.  How do they go together?

FOCUSING  INNER-SELF IS NOTHING BUT FINDING GOD WITHIN OURSELVES,SO FOCUSSING ITSELF IS A BEGINNING TO TALK TO GOD.
