i have a sammoyed puppy about 6 months in age. she is a very good dog however she tends to get very aggressive when something is taken away from her, its normally something she is not supposed to have such as food from the table or a stuffed animal she snuck out from a bedroom. my main concern is that she is actually bitting us when we try to take the object away from her or punish her. this is a supposed gentle breed, and i am aware that all dogs are different even within a breed, so i am wondering how normal that aggressiveness is for her breed and how i should handle the situation.
