I am a 22yr old Canadian citizen who also attends an American University. I was recently caught in the USA with substantial amount of marijuana. I am up for a felony charge but most likely will be deported back to Canada and recieve probation since I have no prior record. MY QUESTION is with a US felony record will I ever be allowed back in the USA? and if so will I ever be able to live/work? It was the biggest mistake of my life and if anyone has any insight towards a situation like mine please respond.
