How would a libertarian deal with terrorism as a threat to this country?

Just by allowing the police to do its work.  Terrorism is murder, so terrorist must be prosecuted as any other criminal.

We don't need "special" laws or measures to deal with terrorism.  We don't need our liberties be weakened to fight it, nor to trade freedom for security.
