I recently found this chihuahua outside our apartment about three months ago...I've put up flyers and asked neighbors if they knew who the little guy belongs to...so far no one has called about the dog. My girlfriend is doing a great job taking care of him...she has gotton so close to him, she's thinking about keeping him...but but what happens if he gets sick...? can I just take him to any vet with no papers?
