hai sir,
I have one important problem in linking vb and msaccess database.
Take simple example, the database "t.mdb" contains the table "table1" and that table contains only two fields such as "name and number".
And then in vb, I open new a project and add datacontrolobject (DAO). And two text boxes for "name and number" fields respectively. Then i link the "database name and recordsource" properties of the DAO.
Likewise i also link text boxes properties such as "datacontrol and datafield" to corresponding fields.
And then i run my project, the output screen shown the first record in the database. ok untill this i have no pblm to develop this project, but after this i have some problem.
That is  after I running my project the first record is shown, in that i just change my name value but i am not make any updation process, eventhough the value of the name is automatically changed in the database.
I just change the name and close my project without any update, but the value is automatically changed in the database, how it is possible.
I request u to please to give me the exact solution for this problem.
I need your help, please sir give the answer to me.

           Thanking you
                             Yours
