I am a subscriber to Direct TV and have a round dish aimed at the 101 satellite.  This gets me the basic programming.  I have acquired another round dish and would like to aim it at the 119 satellite.  This is usually done with an oval dish but I have been told by technical people that I could do it with my two round dishes.  DirecTV was notified of the change and they sent me two cards.
The problem is I can't get the aiming feature on my reciever/decoder to work on the second dish. I have to tell it that I have an oval dish in order to bring the aiming program up but the only signal I get comes from the 101 satellite.  Kibitzers have suggested connecting the LNB outputs of the two dishes to a combiner, which I have not been able to find.  Now I wonder what you might advise.  How are the four outputs of the LNBs connected on an oval dish?  What is a combiner?  Is the whole thing possible?

I have a Direct-TV account serving our summer home. I am thinking of adding the service to our home located elsewhere. The service requested would be different than the present service we enjoy at out summer home. Can these requests be handled on the same account and address but different locations for each dish?
