He's white but he grew up in the hood, and no he is not trying to be something that he is not. He's just being his self and that was the dumbest question in he world. paul wall is all white. im from ATX (austin texas) so i know all about screwed and chopped rap music that paul and ohter Houston artists are famous for.

and 44 is not a hood in houston. hes from the 5900 block of Southlea Houston.

i think ur gettin "44" from the song tippin on 44's.  well its not a hood in texas it has to do with guns rims and drinks.
