I downloaded from the web a program call Hotbar.com it is now into my outlook expres 6 is this an aprove program by microsoft?

hotbar loaded my computer with adware and crashed my system

hotbar stole my thoughts, repackaged them and sold them back to me. thank u hotbar!! :d
