hey i got my bellybutton pierct a few days b4 ma 13th Bday (september) but it got infected and rejected around christmas. I took it out but now have a discoloured scar. Im gettin it repierct on the bottom bit.
You should use a reputable piercer, saltwater soaks.
Make sure you have enough skin to support a piercing to stop rejection.
www.bodymodification.com is a gr8 site that i visited a lot b4 my piercing.
It has readers experiances and advice.
Gud luck XxX

I agree, you are way too young. I didn't get mine until a month ago (i am almost 20) and I am glad i waited that long. You may hate this, but you should at least wait until you are 18 and can sign for yourself, then you can make a more mature, well thought out decision and be better able to take care of it so it doesn't get infected. They have the age law for a reason, right?

im all for the bellybutton thing but there are some things to consider.  if you are that young then i would wait because if you do it before you are done growing, when you do keep growing, the bellybutton ring will migrate either up or down.  so if you're willing to chance that it might not be in the same place in a few years, id say go for it.  but honestly i would think about it because it hurts like a mofo and you dont want to have to get it repierced
