I've been contracted to manufacture a new inline skate design.  I am looking for a source that I can buy just boots from so I can build the new design from there.  Would anyone have a source or advice?

I have a new in-line skate design that I'm trying to manufacture, and I'd like to know if you would be interested in looking at it under disclosure-agreement.
This has been some years in the making, and addresses the problem that blocks 90% of the potential in-line skate market.
