0%,You were lied to. Gasoline is oil. Water and oil do not mix. If you were to shake them up together you'd get a mixture kind of like salad dressing called an, "emulsion", but after a short period of time the water would settle out. If you think that your gas is wet you can, "dry" it by letting it settle for a while, or mixing it with a desiccant (chemical that absorbs water) like silica gel and filtering out the desiccant when the drying is done.

Gasoline and water will not mix. The spcific gravity of gasoline is less than water, henceforth, gasoline will always "float" on water

Are you retarded...there is absolutely no water in gasoline, if there was it would freeze in your fuel lines in the winter and your fuel system would be ruined.  And also water is not flammable...last time i checked.  Whoever told you that gasoline contains 25% water was feeding you a line of crap.

Water and gasoline are completely insoluble.

There is no water in gasoline.

Water injection to the manifold is sometimes practiced (though not 25 of fuel) to cool the intake charge.

THAT IS SO UNTRUE>  Have you ever spilled gas on water or when its raining.  Gasoline is nothing but processed oil.  And oil and water do not mix.
