Check timing belt.

I have an 94 dodge shadow that has fuel and spark and is in time but will not start.I sprayed carb cleaner in it and black smoke came out the pipe and then I went to rev the engine up to burn it all out and the car acted like it flooded out and died and will not start back up.

may be the asd relay or the pcm
