Check the pick coil inside the distributor. Those are very common for going bad, and very east to change. That should fix it.

I have a plymouth Sundance been working on cars for a while nothing ever seems to be that easy.Electrical issues are a pain in the ass.Check wiring driver side wheel well theres a bunch of wires in the middle of these it looks like its wrapped with black electrical tape these are fusible links if one of these blow car wont run and these cannot be replaced only bypassed with another wire of same thickness you can check these by pulling on them if they feel elasticy there bad. Also smell or look for anything burnt.if this is the case the cheapest way to fix is replace the wire harness which is all the wiring under hood it takes awhile but if you have a friend do it you can get one at a junkyard and might cost you $30-$40 or have professional do it for $300-$400 Plus labor which is $65-$70 per hour how long do you thank it will take them to do it? Good Luck.
