WHY DO MALE CATS URINE SMELL LIKE AMONIA?
IS THIS NORMAL AS A MALE CAT GETS OLDER,
OR IS THERE SOMETHING MEDICALLY WRONG WITH HIM?

why do male cats urine smell like amonia

This is normal, if the cat is not neutered.  All cat urine has an ammonia smell, but unneutered males are particularly strong smelling.  This is related to "scent marking," which male cats to stake out their territory.
