i passed the pharmacy equivalency exams (FPGEE) in USA , and looking for H-1 visa , but now i know that H-1 visa will not be granted before 1 st of october 2004 for the fiscal year 2005 , i have B1\B2 visa and my extension will end by 26 june 2004 , So now 1-what shall i do ? because i know that if my status became illegal i have to stamp the H-1 visa from my home country (EGYPT), but the consulates in the USA embassy in egypt are very tough , i am sure they will not grant me a visa ? 2- Is it possible to ask for a second period of extension , knowing that my entry visa expires on 27 march 2004 ? 3-i heard that if i got hired i can stamp the H-1 visa from a third country like MEXICO or CANADA ? Thanks for helping me
