AKC will not recognize the litter.  AKC is more reputable than ACA.  All my Rotts are AKC.

I recently got 2 puppies, my male, i was told 'came with papers, and was registered'.  I got the papers, they are for ACA.  I have now found out that it is not AKC quality, but was led to believe that it was.
Now when i got my ACA papers, it shows the owner as someone else, and from a different country.  My question is, what should i do with this information, if anything?  Just seems a little suspicious to me.  Should i contact him and ask questions?

No it does not matter if you breed the AKC and the ACA dogs ACA is the american canine association and AKC is the american kennel club the ACA recognizes more dog breeds and has a different set of standards than AKC if you breed the dogs the litter can be ACA certified but not AKC certified.
