1990 Chrysler Daytona: My power headlight doors will not work.

Door motors work and fuses ok, no juice to motors. Headlamps and running lamps work. Anyone have wiring drawings?

Check under dash LH side for passing control relay. May be connected to bottom of fuse box . Could be bumped with foot and unplugged.

There is a control box under the dash for the headlights. I found that in some cases the wires break and cause problems. In my case its just the box itself. There should be a harness leading to the box. Grab the harness and pull on it, not hard, but enough to get some preasure on it. Now turn on your lights. If they open then you know that the problem might be the connection.

You will find that the problem might not be the modual being unplugged but rather a bad connection or a broken wire. I have worked on many Daytona's with popup headlights and it always seem to be the same problem.

You need the relay located under the dash to the left of the Steering column.  It's a black box about 4.5" X 3.5" with a 2" rectangular plug.  I found one at a junk yard, but had to go through 2 junkyards before I found one on a LeBaron convertible.  It's cake to replace, but finding one is a bear.

Did you check the Relay box, its under the dash, a black box with 3 Relays inside of it. Its a sealed unit and hard to fix. I bought a new one for around $200 CND. I was told that it was the last one that they could find.
