Where in 97 Dodge Neon is located daytime running lamp module ?

I was searching for the same thing I found it in the center column bolted to a steel brace under the radio.you have to remove the front bezel or cover and take the radio out and you will see it .Mine is a 1999 dodge neon but they are probably all the same.

It is located behind the stereo and cupholder area behind the dash.

im not 100% sure but most dodges have them in the inside of the drivers side fender, between the front of the wheel and the bumper. you might have to take the inner fender out to see it.
