Can I be sued by an artist if I use his /her name in my song Example: arms like beyonce'

no because you are not taking any words from her lyrics. now see if it were the exact same things/ words from any of her songs then that would be a hole different story you would be plagiarizing from a famous artist. and you could be sued for a hole lot of money.
