it is a rare sell that was only put on in the 1950s through 1963. these are not valued for thousands but if you save them for another 15-30 years it will be worth more money than you could ever imagine. ITS TRUE BELIEVE ME I HAVE A RED SEALED BILL TO IM GOING TO BE SMART AND WAIT UNTIL IT IS WORTH AROUND 300-$400,000!

I think it has red writing because it was a special year.
