tainted peak allows you to tap for a colorless mana
it also allows you to tap for a black or red if control a swamp can you do both of them for a colorless and a B/R

You can only activate one ability at a time. You can either tap for colorless, Black or Red.

An ability that would let you add 2 different colors of mana would read something like:

T: Add BR to your mana pool.
