I have an aha 2940uw with a seagate st118202lc loaded with xp pro on a biostar m7ncd mb.I am using a 68 pin cable with a built in terminator.My card termination is set to low=on and high=on.My problem is my os will not boot from a power up but it loads fine on warm resets.Can anyone help.Thanks

Set Power on delay jumper = "no Delay" (On the hard drive)
