Call Frank Fencepost, he is great.  I used to work with him in Longview Wa.  He is from Vancouver.  Wonderful work.  His number is 360-513-3529.  Tell him Tash referred you and he may give you a discount.

I highly recommend the true artists @ Lady Luck.  I have been treated like family by all there, you couldn't meet a nicer bunch of talented individuals.  Out of 11 tattoos, only one was not done by 21st or Lady Luck.  Marcii, Shaver, and Wil have inked designs using incredible shading techniques and intense colors. With my original ideas, they have created highly unique works of art. I have handed out many of their business cards to friends without hesitation because of the quality of their work, not expecting nor  receiving any reduced rate on future work to be done based upon those efforts.  As family, I have been introduced to some of the other regulars that frequent Lady Luck for work to be done, they also are incredibly nice. In closing, want to say Thanks to Marcii, J-9, Shaver, Wil, Caleb, Toma, Ashley, Tony (my mentor) and Elena, I love you guys! Peace! Out!

IF your looking for a great tattoo artist in or around Portland, and can make it over to Vancouver, I would go to Immortal Ink and ask for a artist named Yanni. He a great artist and I have plenty of work to show it also I have seen a lot of his work. He is one of the best around here. The number to the shop is 360-993-5001
