I received a traffic ticket in the end of December 2003 and did not appear in court on the issued date (which was on February 2004). I could not go to court because I was out of the country. From the notice being sent, the total sum has now gone up to 772 dollars. Will there be an arrest warrant out for me? Can I still fight the ticket?

you should contact trafficcourtpros.com  They will look up that info for free, give you a case review, and offer to help take care of it for you.  They can usually reduce the fines as well
