I have a female beagle that is a little over a year and she has milk in her sacks and i don't know if she is pregnant. can you help me?

Well when the milk sack is big then you know she is  pregnant especially if milk has leaked out of the sack other signs are dramatic weight increasing, or if she is eating more. Also after a couple weeks into it she will probably more sleepy and towards the end will have a favorite nesting spot

Try an over-the-counter pregnancy test. Usually, they will become fat way before they produce milk. She could also be having a false pregnancy.
