i filed for my husband about 2 years ago. i am am a us citizen and my husband came from the west indies.  we received a letter stating that we had an appt date in jan 04, and because we did not go our application was denied.  however, we never received any mail regarding the above.  we went to the ins dept and payed 110 and filed a motion to reopen explain the above circumstance.  what is going to happen.  we have 2 newborn children and we have been married for 2 years living together.  what is going to happen?
