I Don't Get How To Play Fyndhorn Elder, It Says I Have To Tap To Add 2 {G}{G} To My Marna Pool, But Thats Bad Because At The End Of My Turn The Mana Is Going To Disappear Because It Was Left Over And I Couldn't Use it So My Life Points Will Go Down Will Someone Please Help Me.

You don't HAVE to do it. It's optional, unless the card's text says otherwise, like "You have to use this ability every turn" or something like it.
