Damn all you people dont know what you are talking about. Same wrong answer after same wronger answer. A tip drill is another name for runnin a train on a girl. Comes from baseketball where players line up at the free throw line and tip it off the backboard consecutively, one after another. Think of it in the sense of a group of men runnin a train on a woman. First man in line hits, next man follows until everyone has had a turn... If the nelly song is the first time u have heard this term try listening to the lyrics more carefully. Just cause they say " it must be your ass cause its not your face" doesnt mean a tip drill is a chick with a big botty and an ugly face. example: "I said it ain't no fun less we all get some I need a tipdrill, we need a tipdrill "

Ok lets put all ur minds at rest bcos u all fink u no wat ur talkin about but u dont! there is only 1 person who has got it rite n dats 'TIP DRIZZLE'. It basically cums from basketball from the exercise tip drillin wer u stand in a line and keep hittin the ball off the back board 1 after another. So if it was to b used sexually its called running battery on a grl, wer she keeps goin fru all the men till da end of da line. The man can b a tip drill as well but in his case its supposed to b a good thing (i mean common a group of grls lined up infront of u...DANG!!!lol). The only reason Nelly says it must b ur ass cos it aint ur face is bcos the only reason she is being used is for tip drill purposes only! basically sayin shes a hoe.

Ok this is late in the game. Watched the vid a few times and here are my suggestion 1. tip drill e.g. line the boys up and have them tip the ball in the hoop 2. tip drill e.g. line the boys up and tip the babe shaking her ass So we have a bunch of guys and THEY sing we need a tip drill - e.g. the line up We have a girl singing youse a tip drill (youse is plural, no?) she knows what she is there for: To participate in a tip drill. My suggestion is that a tip drill has nothing to do with the look of the girl or the boy. The only expression that hinted of that is the butterface They do not care what she looks like in her face as long as she drops her pants and shake her ass for the dollars they tip on her.
