I have one.  It is at 120,000 miles, bought it used at 50,000 for $10,000.  It has had very little trouble besides an issue where it eats about a quart of oil every two weeks that would cost like $1500 to fix.  My father has the next model year and is satisfied with that as well.  It does not have the transmission problems that plagued this company in the mid 90s.

I have seen a number of negative reports about engine failures?? Not our car...1999,Intrepid, 2.7ltr V6 183,000km...only a couple of minor repairs including a speed sensor in the transmission($150.00) brakes Fr&r, twice each (normal wear),stabilizer link kits (twice) and a heater fan speed resistor. I only hope our new vehicle is as reliable and economical over the long run...30mpg hwy,183kph governed top speed.Lots of room front and rear. It has been a great car...
