2.21. How can I use Dreams to affect physical matter?

I have read the response given but can someone elaborate please...
Also,  what exercises needed to practice in the lucid state to accomplish those feats???

Okay...Your question is very vague, but here is my opinion. If you think about life in the planes of existence (there are 4 main planes usually discussed) the rule is: as is above, is also below. So, if on the spiritual/god plane you are manifesting thought, you are working to manifest it through to the physical plane in physical form as well. These planes are perhaps more accessible to most people in a dream state, because boundaries w/in your mind are fewer and farther between. So, basically I believe he was talking about manifesting by thought alone on a higher plane of self. As far as exercises I don't know what to suggest to you other than just playing around with different ideas, or possibly trying to fall asleep with a set thought or question to probe further in your dream state. I hope I helped.
